SCENE INFORMATION: Jose Cortez thumbs through his magazine, fantasizing about living in the million dollar homes in the pictures. But Richard Lennox brings him back to reality: He's the only one of his five roommates who hasn't paid his portion of the rent. Jose tries to blow him off - he's too good for this place. Richard gives him a dose of reality with wedgies. The older man strips him down to his tighty whities, embarrassing him. And the wedgies keep coming! Humility is the only defense against humiliation.
